Teresa is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. Having 5 spine surgeries and constant neck/shoulder/back pain, it was extremely important to have someone knowledgeable enough about my structural and muscular issues, and someone comfortable and experienced enough to give me the pressure I need. I have gone to over 20 massage therapists prior to Teresa and never found anyone who could improve my pain levels like she can. After a session with her, I leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off of me. Sometimes I could go in with a 6/10 pain level and leave with 0 pain. Muscles are looser, less sore and I can move 2x as better as when I came in. On top of that, she is the most warm and genuine human being you’ll ever meet. Where do I start? Teresa has been my therapist for 16 years. My husband and I have watched Teresa's massage career grow and develope into an amazing practice. She has the ability to incorporate complete body healing. Reducing stress, relieving strain and increasing movement. My husband has had different surgeries and health issues (diabetes, neuropathy) and Teresa has been able to increase his circulation as well as sense of touch. By far the best massage therapist we have ever seen. Can't wait to get home from Florida to see her. Our ony regret is she can't travel to Florida with us...........Rebecca and John
